Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Since deliveries begin arriving at 8:00 a.m., punctuality and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments by unloading, unpacking, and verifying products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately enter received inventory into the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer and branch orders for shipment.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and meet customer and company requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Lading and coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Complete inter-branch transfers and process emergency orders as required.
- Stock inventory using the appropriate storage methods and operate a forklift safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Complete daily forklift inspection logs.
- File packing slips and print service and production documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is preferred to ensure on-time arrival for the start of each shift.
