About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the frontline connection to our valued dealers, delivering exceptional support, operational accuracy, and sales enablement. This role blends customer service excellence with proactive communication, order management, and internal operational coordination — all driven by a strong dealer-first philosophy.
You’ll work closely with our management team, collaborating daily to ensure that every dealer receives the support, solutions, and service they need to succeed. Because when our dealers win, we win.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming dealer calls, emails, and support queue inquiries.
- Promote and embody NightRider’s values, culture, and dealer-first mindset.
- Process all incoming dealer orders within 1 hour, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company procedures.
- Provide proactive guidance on products, promotions, and solutions while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Resolve dealer questions, product inquiries, and concerns with a customer-centric and empowered approach.
- Manage RGA requests and customer returns within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including contacts, tasks, opportunities, and activity logs.
- Conduct follow-up on active promotions, ensuring dealer participation through regular outreach.
- Assist leadership with backorder releases, inventory coordination, and operational workflow.
- Track and enter monthly flash sale pricing, performance, and reporting.
- Support trend analysis, reporting, and customer-focused projects as directed.
- Monitor and replenish warehouse and office supply inventory within approved budgets.
- Assist with office, showroom, and workspace organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Provide backup for stock counts, receiving, inventory adjustments, and product transfers.
- Actively participate in training, continuous improvement, and team collaboration initiatives.
What You Bring
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume dealer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with precision.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM is an asset.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint; bonus if familiar with order/inventory systems.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solution-focused recommendations.
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or dealer relations — especially in B2B, automotive, heavy equipment, or electronics — is an asset.
