Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Account Manager to join our team, focusing on Quebec and Eastern Canada markets. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong Jan/San outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and represent our company’s products and services in a competitive B2B environment. Fluency in both French and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities within Quebec and Eastern Canada.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize sales growth while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts through regular communication, problem resolution, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to track progress and present findings.
- Lead product demos and training sessions as needed to educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and expand market reach.
Skills
- Proven Jan/San experience in outside sales, B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
