What You'll Do
- Convert inbound calls, web leads, and partner referrals into new accounts
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining compliance standards
- Educate business owners on Feather’s differentiators: transparent pricing, fast onboarding, dedicated support
- Perform high-volume outbound follow-up with existing database of leads to re-engage opportunities.
- Accurately track pipeline activity in our CRM (Zoho) and follow up with urgency
What It Takes to Excel
- 1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls to existing leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-energy team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital sales workflows
Full-time, hybrid role. Salary includes base pay + uncapped commission + performance incentives.

Pay: $70,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
