We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Service Plumber with Romeo Mechanical, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for a wide range of clients, from commercial properties and property management companies to residential customers. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role that requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and excellent communication with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including drains, fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform scheduled service calls and emergency repairs in a timely, professional manner
- Conduct inspections and testing as required (e.g., backflow testing, drain camera inspections)
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, tenants, and property managers regarding scope of work, findings, and recommendations
- Accurately complete service reports, invoices, and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Licensed plumber, or valid apprenticeship standing with relevant experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
- Backflow testing certification considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties
