We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of Truck Operator / Delivery Driver for our Saint John N.B. Location.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes and qualifications:
- Will have experience driving vehicles with air brakes.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and courteous manner.
Required attributes:
- Valid Class 5 license endorsed with E (air brakes)
- Team player.
- Problem solving skills.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Basic math skills
- Capable of following and executing simple instructions.
- Capable to provide direction to delivery team onsite.
- Must be punctual
- Strong communication skills.
- Shift flexibility.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60lbs
Assets:
- Experience delivering drywall and construction material
- Experience handling heavy material
- Experience in warehousing
- Forklift certification
Schedule:
- Our schedule is Monday to Friday 8-to-12-hour day shifts.
