Colophon (www.colophon.online) is the new talent management studio of Brunch. We represent a handful of digital creators for brand partnerships. We're a small team looking for flexible support as we scale up our outreach efforts.
About the Role:
We're hiring a part-time freelance Talent Coordinator to support creator outreach and pitching. This role is focused on research and drafting — you'll build outreach lists and write first-draft pitch emails for review. It's a great fit for someone early in talent management, influencer marketing, or sales/BD who wants flexible, part-time freelance work.
Responsibilities:
- Research and build lists of brands that match our outreach criteria and roster
- Draft personalized cold pitch emails using a provided template and voice guide
- Maintain an outreach tracker (status, opens, replies, follow-ups)
- Flag warm replies for your manager to take over directly
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales outreach, business development, recruiting, or talent/influencer coordination (creator economy experience a plus, not required)
- Strong written English and ability to match a brand voice
- Comfortable doing independent research with light supervision
- Reliable and communicative; available for a brief weekly check-in
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
