Part time. Our multidisciplinary clinic is located in the village of Carp. A short distance to Kanata, Almonte and Arnprior, our clinic supports many smaller communities. The successful candidate will begin with full Monday and Thursday and a part day on Wednesday. Hours of work will be determined based on clinic needs.
Qualifications Required:
- Quick learner
- Minimum 1 year chiropractic office experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Chiropractic, Massage therapy and/or Physiotherapy an asset
- Must be a team player and willing to take on additional responsibility as the clinic evolves and grows
- Strong sense of community health care
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Position duties
- Answering phone calls/emails
- Booking appointments
- Providing information about therapy options available
- POS system and transaction balancing
- Communication with other health care providers
- Inventory management
- Assisting the therapists on an as needed basis (acupuncture, note taking, bracing, supplement information etc)
- Laser therapy certification course possible.
