Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Private Clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and specialized skills in various clinical settings, including hospital and acute care environments. The Physiotherapist will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to promote recovery and enhance quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to physiotherapy.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
- Ability to assess complex cases quickly and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple patients and documentation efficiently.
