Under the direction of the Cook Supervisor or designated supervisor performs dishwashing and cleaning duties in a cafeteria setting at Minoru Seniors Centre, a recreation facility for seniors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Presoak and scrub pots and pans
- Strip, rack and wash dishes and utensils; operate dishwashing machine
- Stack and store clean dishes and utensils
- Clean and sanitize countertops, machines and equipment at shift end
- Report unsafe or faulty equipment to Cook Supervisor or designate
Qualifications and Skills
Food safe certification
Minimum six month's experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
