The Opportunity
We're looking for an exceptional leader to drive South Bow's enterprise application landscape and help shape how technology powers our business for years to come. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, build strong partnerships across the organization, drive innovation, and help define what's next for South Bow.
As Manager, Enterprise Applications, you'll lead the teams and partnerships responsible for some of our most critical business platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, D365 Field Service, Workday, OneStream, and the broader ERP ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, connecting strategy to execution, ensuring our platforms run reliably, and helping the organization unlock new value through continuous improvement, AI, and emerging technologies.
A big part of this role is looking forward. You'll own and evolve South Bow's relationship with Microsoft, help shape our technology vision and roadmap, and identify opportunities to bring new capabilities to the business.

What You Will Do:
- Lead South Bow's strategic relationship with Microsoft and help influence our technology direction
- Define and champion the multi-year Microsoft vision and roadmap
- Identify opportunities to accelerate business value through innovation, AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Stay connected to Microsoft's evolving platform capabilities and bring the best ideas into our organization
- Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization
- Help teams translate challenges into practical, scalable solutions
- Drive strategic initiatives from idea to implementation
- Create transparency, alignment, and confidence through strong communication and engagement
- Champion a culture that puts customer experience and business outcomes first
- Lead the health, performance, and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem
- Ensure platforms remain secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities
- Guide ERP optimization programs, enhancements, and transformational initiatives
- Align platform investments with enterprise architecture, security standards, and long-term strategy
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft, managed service providers, system integrators, and technology partners
- Hold partners accountable for delivering excellent outcomes and service levels
- Create an environment where vendors feel like an extension of the team—not just vendors
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in enterprise applications\ERP
- 5+ years experience leading teams and/or vendors in an application support or delivery environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Proven experience managing application lifecycle, releases, and sustainment models
- Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers
- Experience owning strategic technology partner or OEM relationships (e.g., Microsoft)
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and corporate functions
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience setting technology vision and roadmap at an enterprise level
- Experience driving AI adoption in a business environment
