Must have tools and a vehicle, and must have knowledge on how to fix things around a house
Tasks will include mowing lawns, painting, drywall repais, decks, fences, light fixtures, small plumbing issues, and a variation of other tasks!
Duties & Responsibilities of General Handyman
- Complete renovations on schedule with attention to detail
- Mow lawns / trim trees
- Cut and install tile
- Install drywall
- Lay wood and laminate flooring
- Complete framing and general carpentry
- Perform other general renovation tasks as needed
Requirements & Experience
- experience in residential renovations is a must!
- Able to work independently as required
- Able to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Your own hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
