- The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with more than 3 years of experience working on learning management systems. Knowledge of Docebo and/or other learning platforms, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate products and working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is required.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI into day-to-day work and curiosity and drive to identify innovative ways AI can enhance work processes and support learner experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting simulation-based learning and debriefing activities within digital learning environments is required.
- Knowledge of user experience principles, instructional design models, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards, web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0), SCORM technical standards, and current and emerging learning technologies is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of conducting quality assurance testing of eLearning courses to ensure functionality, usability and adherence to standards is required. Demonstrated knowledge of technical writing for creation of user guides is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral/written), creative problem-solving, attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of web conferencing software such as WebEx or Zoom, and Project Management tools are also required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a self-directed manner, as well as collaboratively in a team setting is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to and manage changing priorities is required.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
Salary Range: $37.51 – $50.60 per hour
