What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional, experienced server who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years serving experience in a fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of wines, wine service, and food pairing recommendations
- Ability to prepare and serve basic cocktails and mixed drinks
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Permanent availability on weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Smart Serve Certification required
Preferred Experience
Candidates with training and experience from established restaurant groups are encouraged to apply, including:

- The Keg Steakhouse + Bar
- Earls Kitchen + Bar
- Joey Restaurants
- Or similar fine dining and upscale casual restaurants
