JEM Roofing & Exteriors is currently seeking an experienced Roofing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship while working collaboratively to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform shingle repairs and general roofing tasks
- Work efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow general roofing safety practices at all times
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Work independently with little to no supervision when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of roofing experience
- Strong work ethic and team-player mentality
- Familiarity with general roofing safety standards
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Training & Compensation
- Working at Heights Training will be provided
- Pay is negotiable and based on experience
