Shift managers are responsible for;
Closing - Cash management, restaurant cleanliness, overnight food safety, restocking the line, securing the premises, along with ALL other regular staff duties including cooking and serving customers.
Or,
Opening - Fryer maintenance, food prep, daily operation setup, planing appropriate food draws from storage, receiving shipments from suppliers, along with ALL other regular staff duties including cooking and serving customers.
You WILL NOT be tasked with ordering from vendors or staff scheduling.
We are also accepting applications for part-time to full-time front line staff. For front line staff, we are offering $18.50/ hour (plus great tips) once you are trained and have Food Safe level 1.
Shift Managers are offered $20/hour (plus great tips) once trained and have Food Safe, one free meal per day, and 50% off-shift food discount.
We are exploring benefits packages for our staff, however currently we are not offering health benefits.
