Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, consultants, and property managers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget
- Lead and mentor field staff
- Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Restoration or construction project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Xactimate is an asset
- Knowledge of insurance restoration processes
- Valid driver's license
