Job Summary
The Retail Merchandiser plays a critical role in the physical setup, spatial planning, and structural organization of the store. Rather than focusing on decorative or promotional displays, this is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on the blueprint stage of retailing.

- Planogram Execution: Reading and accurately implementing store blueprints (planograms) to map out product placement.
- Fixture & Shelf Building: Physically assembling, moving, and adjusting shelving units, pegs, and retail fixtures to maximize space.
- Spatial Organization: Thinking critically about shelf flow, capacity, and the logical organization of inventory.
- Labeling & Signage: Placing accurate price labels, barcodes, and shelf tags to ensure clear pricing.
- Inventory Readiness: Preparing the physical shelf space so that product is organized, accessible, and ready for replenishment.
By following store merchandising standards, the Merchandiser builds the structural foundation that keeps our aisles organized, efficient, and ready for our customers.
