Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman
Job Type: Full time year round

Salary: Competitive based on experience - profit sharing over and above wage.
Earthlings Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman that has a passion for landscape construction and maintenance, a keen eye for detail and knowledge of the landscape industry.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a landscape crew to efficiently complete high quality landscape projects.
-Collaborate with clients, designer and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
-Organize, maintain and operate landscaping tools and equipment.
-Install, maintain and repair landscapes.
-Organize labor and material for projects.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and standards are met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in the landscaping industry with experience leading a crew.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials and equipment.
-Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and plans.
-Demonstrate skilled operation and maintenance of landscape tools and equipment.
-Able to manage landscape projects, prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues or problems quickly.
-Ensure all crew members adhere to company safety policies and proceedures.
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
