Duties
- Analyze and diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Perform repairs on various mobile devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to carry out repairs efficiently.
- Troubleshoot software issues across different operating systems, including Android and MacOS.
- Interpret schematics to assist in the repair process and ensure accurate diagnostics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions related to mobile device issues.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols while handling electronic components.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
