The General Labourer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the company's yard, buildings, and surrounding property. This role performs a variety of general labour and grounds keeping duties to ensure the work environment is safe, clean, and efficient.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in general labour, yard maintenance, landscaping, or property maintenance is an asset.
- Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, snow, and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to safely operate basic lawn care equipment and hand tools.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
