Endless Abilities Inc. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ABA Therapist to lead our specialized Get Ready for School Program. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities as they build the foundational skills needed for a successful transition into the school environment.
This is a 9-week contract position ending August 28, 2026, with the potential for permanent part-time or full-time opportunities beginning in September 2026 for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA programming, leading group and individual learning activities, collecting data, collaborating with families and team members, and working under the supervision of a Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Position: Supervised Therapist
Number of positions: 1
Hours: 20-40 hours
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour.
Availability Requirements: The ideal candidate must have full availability throughout the summer, for the duration of the program (July 6 - August 28th)
Training: 4-day comprehensive training to take place on June 29th 2026.

Role and Responsibilities
- Implementing IBI/ABA therapy in 1:1 DTT and NET and small group therapy
- Monitoring child’s progress through data collection and graphing
- Support client goals through implementation strategies
- Communicating with parents on an on-going basis
- Communicating and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Working within a variety of locations including but limited to; clinic, homes, day cares and schools
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in ABA clinical settings
- A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Education in one of the following: Behavioural Science Technology Diploma, Autism Behavioural Science Certificate, Child & Youth Worker Diploma, Developmental Services Worker, Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree, degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eager to learn and receptive to feedback
- Updated vulnerable sector check
- French considered an asset (Not required)
