IAM Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IAM Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
IAM Analyst - Job Description:
The IAM Analyst will be integral to the discovery phase of major identity transformations, focusing on enterprise-level identity migrations. The role involves translating complex identity-related technical details into clear, structured requirements for business stakeholders and engineering teams.
IAM Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Lead interactive requirements-gathering and discovery workshops with client stakeholders, business units, and technical teams.
- Map current-state vs. future-state identity processes and define comprehensive functional use cases.
- Provide clear functional guidance on how target applications should integrate with the core IAM ecosystem.
IAM Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents.
- Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with application onboarding, integration, or migration initiatives.
- Functional experience with a major market-leading platform (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity).
IAM Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience creating onboarding readiness assessments and migration checklists.
- Knowledge of adaptive authentication and risk-based access controls.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to Power BI reporting and dashboard creation.
- Bilingualism (English/French/Spanish) is considered a strong asset.
IAM Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 12 months in total.
