Hickey's Timber Mart is a Newfoundland owned and operated family business selling building materials since 1973, with 4 locations.
We are looking for highly motivated and well-organized employees to join our Customer Service/Cashier team at our local store.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Operate a cash register - Scan items, tabulate total payment for goods or services required, receive payment of goods or services. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments.
- Calculate daily shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
- Greet customers and provide customer service.
Must pay attention to detail. Job requires standing for extended periods.
Experience an asset.
Applicants must have daytime availability.
