We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budget variance reporting
Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management
Analyze market trends, trading volumes, and revenue performance
Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Monitor key financial metrics and flag risks or anomalies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech
Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain fundamentals is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $90,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
