Marketing Coordinator — (0–5 Years Experience)

Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the marketing strategy for Green Conway & Associates. This role blends content creation, brand management, digital marketing, and campaign development to grow the firm’s visibility—especially within the niche of Canadian content creators.
This is a entry to mid-level role for a marketer who can take ownership of the marketing function, build systems, and drive measurable growth and leads with limited oversight. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of producing high-quality content while also understanding how to scale a brand strategically.
This position is designed to grow into Marketing Manager as the firm expands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Lead filming sessions, including scripting, shot lists, lighting, and audio setup.
- Edit videos and create branded graphics, thumbnails, and templates.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and niche positioning.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow audience and engagement.
- Write compelling captions, titles, and descriptions optimized for each platform.
- Manage scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (boosted posts, targeted ads, retargeting).
- Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and platform algorithms.
Brand & Communications
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the firm grows.
- Develop marketing collateral (guides, checklists, event materials, presentations).
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, especially within the content creator space.
Campaigns, Events & Community Building
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tied to product launches, events, or niche initiatives.
- Support webinars, workshops, and client events (planning, promotion, content capture).
- Build relationships with creators, partners, and community groups to expand reach.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 0–5 years in marketing, digital media, or content creation.
Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong video editing and production skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Proficient with Canva and comfortable with brand design.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience managing multi-platform social media strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with niche marketing or creator-focused content is an asset.
