Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorable dining experience by providing attentive service, menu guidance, and a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service

Guide guests through the churrascaria dining experience and menu offerings

Anticipate guest needs and provide timely service throughout the meal

Upsell food & beverages to enhance the guest experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

Work with team members & management to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred (churrascaria or high-volume restaurant experience is an asset)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be attentive, enthusiastic, and guest-focused
