Gorilla Property Services is a growing exterior cleaning company specializing in pressure washing, window cleaning, and property maintenance for residential and commercial properties in Victoria area Vauncouver Island BC
We are looking for Exterior Cleaning/Service Technician . Training Provided. Full-time able to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30pm, with the flexibility to work overtime.
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our crew. No experience is required — we provide full training.

Job Responsibilities
- Exterior cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Soft and Pressure washing driveways, siding, and patios
- Window cleaning
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Gutter and roof cleaning, general exterior maintenance
- Holiday and decor installations
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Safely operating ladders and equipment
- Reporting and high quality service
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to details and good communication
- Ensure each of our services are fully executed exceeding the client’s expectations
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Demonstrate a commitment for safety for both you and your team.
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders (up to 32–40 ft)
- Wear sassigned PPE at all times
- Physically fit able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license
- Have fun and stay positive
Licence/Certification preferred (but not required)
- Fall Protection Certification
- CPR / First Aid
- WHMIS Certification
Location: Victoria , BC
Must be able to reliably commute to work.
Required education: High school or equivalent.
