ABOUT THE ROLE
100% Safety Inc. is a health and safety consulting firm serving clients across AB, BC, SK, and ON. We handle everything — COR/SECOR, NSC/Transportation compliance, WCB and disability management, regulatory reporting, and training — and we do it at a level most firms can't touch.
This is a full working-level senior role. That means you're not delegating the hard stuff — you're doing it. You're the expert our clients call when something serious happens and they need someone who knows exactly what to do next.
If you want to sit in meetings and write memos, this isn't your role. If you want to build safety cultures that actually work, advise executives who listen, and leave every client safer than you found them — keep reading.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Client Compliance
Every client meets or exceeds regulatory requirements. Zero surprises during audits, inspections, or regulatory visits.
Team Elevation
Junior advisors grow under your mentorship. The internal team gets sharper because of the time you invest in them.
Program Quality
Safety programs are accurate, up to date, and built to hold up under regulatory scrutiny. No shortcuts. No generic templates.
Incident Prevention
Hazards are identified and controlled before they become incidents. When incidents occur, investigations are thorough and lead to real change.
Client Trust
Clients renew and refer because you deliver. You are the reason they feel protected — not just compliant.
Culture of Safety
Workers at client sites follow safe practices — not because they have to, but because leadership expects it and you've shown them why it matters.

OUR CORE VALUES - WHAT WE STAND FOR
Integrity & Ethics
Doing the right thing — even when no one's looking. We stay honest, accountable, and transparent in every decision. Our clients trust us with their most sensitive safety and liability issues. That trust is non-negotiable.
Honesty
Being upfront, clear, and candid — with clients and with each other. Hard truths told early prevent bigger problems later. We don't sugarcoat compliance gaps or sweep incidents under the rug.
Innovation
Challenging the status quo with curiosity. The regulations evolve. Client industries evolve. We don't settle for how we've always done it. Testing, learning, and iterating is how we stay ahead.
Knowledge
Sharing what you know — and being curious about what you don't. The best safety professionals never stop learning. You don't hoard expertise; you build a team that gets better because of you.
