Physiotherapy & Administrative Assistant – Join Our Elite Team!

Daytime shifts (8am-2pm), 2-4 shifts per week
This permanent, part-time role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient care and clinic operations. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional support, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines and ensure proper equipment use
- Assist physiotherapists with treatments, including applying heat/ice packs and removing modalities
- Handle front desk responsibilities: answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage data entry
- Accurately maintain patient records while upholding strict confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for optimal patient care
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: Kinesiology training or relevant physical healthcare knowledge, plus 1+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional ability to engage with patients and team members professionally and compassionately
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling multiple responsibilities at once
- Tech-Savviness: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new patient systems and software
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with the physical demands of assisting patients in a clinical setting
- Team Player & Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
