Qualifications:
Proven experience leading hotel operations across multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales, and other operational departments.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong operations management capabilities with experience driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team member engagement.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports, operational metrics, guest satisfaction scores, labour productivity, and other key performance indicators to support sound business decisions.
Experience managing budgets, labour costs, operating expenses, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to professionally manage escalated guest concerns while upholding Hilton brand standards. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading quality assurance initiatives and ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or in another senior hotel leadership role is considered a strong asset.
Previous experience with Hilton or other Hilton-branded hotels will be given preference. Experience using Hilton systems, including OnQ, OnQ R&I, GRO (G3 RMS), Kipsu, Delphi, Lighthouse, STR, Demand360, SnapFix, and other Hilton operational platforms, will be given preference.
Knowledge of revenue management principles, labour planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. This version is tailored to attract experienced Hilton leaders while clearly communicating that familiarity with Hilton brands and systems is a preferred qualification.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
