Quality Inspector professionals for a full-time opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about quality, accuracy, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products to verify compliance with engineering specifications, company quality standards, and customer requirements.
- This role requires security clearance as per CGP which would be open to Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens.
- Pay Rate: $ 21.00/hour
- Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection & Verification
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of products and materials.
- Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Inspect incoming materials, components, work-in-progress, and finished products to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify product conformity against established engineering and customer requirements.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
Quality Assurance Support
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and products.
- Escalate quality concerns to Quality, Production, or Engineering teams as required.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
- Ensure inspections are completed according to quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and reliability.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records.
- Follow company quality management system requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and quality reviews when required.
Workplace Safety & Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment during inspection activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related environment is considered an asset.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Experience using measuring and inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to identify defects and quality concerns.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Understanding of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards.

Experience supporting corrective action and root cause investigations.

Familiarity with inspection documentation and reporting processes.
