We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Table Tennis Coach to join our recreational and sports training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing players of various skill levels, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the sport of table tennis within our community. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging training sessions tailored to players’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
- Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of table tennis to individuals and groups.
- Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Organize and oversee friendly matches, tournaments, and practice drills to enhance player engagement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the training area.
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or coaching table tennis or related sports.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse age groups.
- Knowledge of fundamental swimming skills is a plus, especially for programs that integrate multiple sports or activities.
- Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and effectively.
- Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity and sportsmanship within the community.
- Patience, adaptability, and a friendly attitude to foster a welcoming learning environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
