Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Construct and install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment safely to assist with lifting, moving materials, and site preparation.
- Execute restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry tasks as required by project specifications.
- Conduct welding operations when necessary to join metal components securely.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and heavy equipment operation.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
- Experience in restoration work or siding installation is a plus.
- Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Pay: $21.42-$40.92 per hour
