Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivated Nail Salon Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for nail care, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and service. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily salon operations, support staff development, and promote a welcoming environment for clients.
Duties
Schedule work
Monitor quality and production levels
Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve
productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Work in a nail salon
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Personal suitability:

Work experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. At least 1 year to less than 2
years of experience in the nail care field required.
Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 30 hours/week
Wage: $38.4/hour
