What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every appointment.
- Perform haircuts, styling and colour services appropriate to your level of experience.
- Continue building your technical skills through ongoing education and mentorship.
- Learn from experienced stylists and work alongside supportive leaders.
- Recommend professional products and home care solutions that help guests achieve beautiful, healthy hair.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation.
- Help create a positive, welcoming and professional salon environment.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed hairstylist or recent graduate eligible to work as a hairstylist in Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Passion for hair and exceptional guest service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.

Compensation
