Farm Hand (Dairy Farm) – Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team on a modern dairy farm milking approximately 100 cows using two DeLaval robotic milking systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a progressive, technology-driven farm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with seeding, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, tillers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machinery
- Conduct soil preparation and fertilization
- Assist with livestock care, including feeding and cleaning facilities
- Help monitor and perform basic maintenance on milking robots
- Complete general farm duties such as cleaning, organizing, and heavy lifting
Qualifications:
- Previous farm or machinery experience is an asset (willing to train)
- Ability to operate or learn farm equipment
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
