About Elite Educational Institute

Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead small group tutoring sessions with students aged 9–18, guiding discussions and answering questions.
- Use provided materials to deliver structured lessons, ensuring students understand AP concepts.
- Apply effective teaching strategies and strong communication to build academic skills.
- Keep students engaged and motivated to take ownership of their learning.
- Provide clear, targeted feedback so parents can monitor progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages students to rise to the challenge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication skills and passion for learning
- Open to training and professional development
- 1 year teaching experience, prefer AP tutoring experience if possible
- This is an in-person position; we cannot provide relocation assistance or remote options

Work Hours
- Approx. 4 hours per week starting, will grow over the course of the semester
