Our Client, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with 5+ years of experience. The successful candidate is offered a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package including paid parking and hybrid work after 3 months. English fluency in speaking, reading and writing is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria and understand the talent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and potential
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Proactive presence on social media to build a talent pool and pipeline with active outreach to possible future talent
- In support of continuous quality improvement, review and make recommendations to enhance communication practices and stay on top of current communications and market trends
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Business diploma with a preference for specialization in Human Resources
- 5 years of related experience, including 2 years in recruitment
- Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Customer-service focused and able to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external partners
- A broad range of human resources and recruiting knowledge. Working knowledge of both provincial and federal labour law and regulations, and privacy legislation is an asset.
