Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Truck Drivers to join our growing Flatbed Division. The ideal candidate will have experience hauling flatbed freight, securing loads safely, and delivering freight on time while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailer equipment safely and efficiently
- Transport flatbed freight across local and/or long-haul routes
- Secure loads using straps, chains, tarps, and binders
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and trip documentation
- Follow all DOT/FMCSA and company safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Ensure cargo is delivered safely and on schedule
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL / AZ License
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience preferred
- Flatbed experience considered an asset
- Clean driving abstract and CVOR
- Knowledge of load securement procedures
- Ability to lift, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Cross-border experience is an asset

Compensation
- Paid by mileage and experience
- Additional pay for tarping, layovers, and extra picks/drops

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability as needed
