Join Sazerac as a Customer Service Representative supporting our Canada business. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving order-related issues, and supporting uninterrupted product flow in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer account information

Partner with internal teams and distributors to resolve order and shipment issues

Support uninterrupted product flow by coordinating closely with operations and supply chain teams

Deliver responsive, professional customer service to both external and internal partners

Maintain accurate records and assist with process improvements to enhance service levels
Required:
-
Cegep diploma (DEC) or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ year of experience in customer service, operations, or a fast-paced business environment

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate (written and spoken) in both French & English)

Ability to work full-time onsite

Can legally work in Canada
Preferred:

Experience with manufacturing, ERP, or order management systems

Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, or related industries

Strong analytical and customer relationship management skills
