About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 1-2 years serving experience will be given preference. Experience bartending (coffee and/or alcohol) would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
- Ensure guests’ needs are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the seating area
- Follow all foodsafe regulations and restaurant policies
- Mix alcoholic and coffee related drinks as needed when a bartender is not on site
- Assist with side duties including restocking, setup, and closing tasks
Requirements:
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or pub setting
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work at consistent time/days of the week.
