We are seeking customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our team. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Source and sell parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and solutions for their equipment
- Generate quotes and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve as the first point of contact for parts customers, both in-person and by phone
- Provide information regarding parts availability, pricing, applications, and warranties
- Utilize electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and locate parts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, equipment, and parts offerings
- Support merchandising and retail display standards within the parts department
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
- Work collaboratively with the service department to support customer and technician needs

- Previous experience in agricultural equipment, small engine, automotive, or parts sales is considered an asset
