Automotive Technician

Langley Hyundai has been part of the community for over 30 years, located at 19439 Langley-Bypass in the city of Surrey.
Daily Responsibilities:
- A passion for delivering 1st class customer service
- Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on vehicles
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy when diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Ability to test systems and components to verify functionality
- Follow a checklist when completing inspections
- Ability to perform a 4-wheel alignment
- Proficient working with scanners
- Ability to utilize an a/c machine
- Fix it right the first-time attitude
- Review and discuss required work with Service Advisor
Must have Credentials and Qualities:
- apprentice program level 2 minimum
- Experience working on Hyundai Product would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Able to work Saturdays
- Excellent organizational skill
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi task when required
- Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet all day
- Must have own tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving history
Compensation: Hourly
Experience: minimum 2nd year apprentice
Language: English
