AllClean Solutions is continuing to expand its residential cleaning operations throughout Calgary and is currently seeking motivated individuals to help drive customer growth and brand awareness within local communities.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident speaking with people, enjoy working independently, and are motivated by performance-based income potential.
Role Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly within residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to AllClean Solutions’ professional cleaning services and help generate new business through face-to-face outreach.
This position focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversion through in-person interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach within assigned residential areas
- Introduce homeowners to available cleaning service packages
- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Communicate service benefits and pricing clearly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and secure new client sign-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and completed sales
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly activity goals
- Represent AllClean Solutions in a professional and positive manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, promotions, or door-to-door sales is considered an asset
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new individuals
- Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance
Position Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Access to reliable transportation
- Smartphone required for communication, navigation, and tracking activities
Earnings & Incentives
This is a performance-based opportunity where compensation is tied directly to completed sales and individual performance.
Compensation Structure Includes:
