Experienced Hairstylist (3–5+ Years) | Eau Salon – Regina, SK
Eau Salon is looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our education-focused, commission-based salon. We're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting our team through ongoing education, mentorship, and career growth.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 3–5+ years behind the chair
- A Saskatchewan Journeyperson Certificate (or eligibility to work)
- Strong cutting, colouring, and consultation skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication
- A team-first mindset with a desire to continue learning
- Passion for building lasting client relationships
What you'll do:
- Deliver cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment services
- Perform thorough consultations
- Recommend professional home care
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in education, team meetings, and salon initiatives
