Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and restaurant policies at all times
