Marketing & Sales Coordinator

We’re growing, and we need a sharp, enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help keep us running at our best.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory listings on our website and third-party platforms.
- Photograph new and pre-owned units and upload images that make our inventory shine online.
- Design and produce showroom window stickers and unit info sheets that are clean, on-brand, and ready to go.
- Organize deliveries end-to-end — coordinate paperwork, prep deal packages, and make sure every handoff is smooth.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for the sales team so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support day-to-day admin: data entry, lead tracking, deal file organization, and sales reporting.
- Keep the showroom stocked with materials and looking its best for every customer who walks in.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you get things done without being asked twice.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Canva, and AI tools; quick to learn new software.
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude and genuine team-player energy.
- Experience in admin, sales support, or a coordinator role is preferred; motorsports experience is a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license required. Passion for powersports? Even better.
