Job Title: Executive Assistant — Your Choice Homes / UR-SPACE
Location: Hybrid (work from home + Calgary office)
About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, organized Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate and micro home business. You'll wear multiple hats — from marketing and database management to event coordination and light sales.
What You'll Do:
- Manage social media across Facebook, LinkedIn, and real estate platforms
- Maintain and organize client databases (Follow Up Boss, CRM)
- Set up and run events (open houses, client events, community outreach)
- Handle direct marketing campaigns (email, Kijiji, ads)
- Assist with real estate contracts and paperwork
- Support lead follow-up and client communication
- Run open houses and do light sales outreach as needed
- Keep operations running smoothly across both Your Choice Homes and UR-SPACE
What You Bring:
- Real estate experience (required)
- Strong social media skills, google, facebook, retargetting...
- Excellent organization and database management
- Comfortable with light sales — open houses, direct marketing, follow-ups
- Self-starter who can work independently from home and collaborate in the office
Renumeration $25-35 per hour plus bonuses
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
