Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are key
- Maximize sales and drives key performance indicators (KPI's) in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge of merchandise available
- Adherence to loss prevention and security policies
- Presenting an image that is consistent with company standard
- Performing all necessary housekeeping duties
- Ensuring visual presentation complies with ALDO Group corporate standards
- Providing total customer service
- Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environment
- Efficiently operating POS systems and handling cash accurately
- Performing other duties assigned by Store leadership team - i.e., stocking and replenishment of merchandise, back store operations, etc.
Qualifications (Minimum qualifications required to perform tasks)
- Related work experience: six months of selling and customer service experience (retail or service industry)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb
